This policy explains what information is collected when you use jenncasonicoaching.com and how it is used. It is written plainly, without legal filler.

This policy applies to visitors of jenncasonicoaching.com and anyone who submits a form, books a call, or contacts Jenn Casoni Coaching directly.
What I collect
Depending on how you interact with the site, I may collect:
- Contact information — your name and email address, submitted through the kids' programs interest form or any other contact form on the site.
- Booking information — when you book a discovery call through Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email, and scheduling preferences. Their privacy policy governs that data.
- Number of children — collected only through the kids' programs interest form, so I can plan programs appropriately.
- Cookie consent records — when you respond to the cookie consent banner, an anonymized record is saved containing a consent ID, your country, your choices, and a timestamp. No personally identifying information is included.
This site currently uses no analytics platform and runs no advertising. No data about how you browse or navigate the site is collected.
I do not collect payment information directly. Any payments are handled by a third-party processor, and their privacy policy applies to that data.
How I use your information
- To respond to your inquiry or schedule a call
- To notify you when kids' programs open (if you signed up for that)
- To send occasional updates about services, if you've opted in
- To maintain a record of cookie consent, as required by privacy regulations
I will not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent, and I will not contact you for purposes unrelated to what you signed up for.

If you submit the kids' programs interest form and check the consent box, I'll send you updates when programs open. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by emailing me directly.
I do not send unsolicited marketing emails.

This site uses Elementor Cookie Consent to manage cookie compliance. The consent tool loads entirely from this website's own server — no third-party scripts are involved in the consent mechanism itself.
This site sets no necessary, analytics, or advertising cookies. The only cookies present are five functional cookies set by Calendly, and only when you interact with the booking widget. Full details are in the Cookie Policy.
When you first visit, a banner gives you the choice to accept or decline non-essential cookies before any are set. You can update your preferences at any time using the consent link in the site footer.
Data retention
I keep your information for as long as it's relevant — typically for the duration of our working relationship, plus a reasonable period afterward. Cookie consent logs are retained for 30 days. If you'd like your information removed, just ask.
